The Easiest Fudge EVER!



My husband actually stumbled across this and I have to admit that I was pretty skeptical. He proved me wrong! This is tasty and only takes a few minutes to make. So, when you want some fudge but don't want to slave away in the kitchen, try this out.

What you need
1lb of semi-sweet chocolate chips
14oz of condensed milk
2 teaspoons of vanilla extract

What to do

Step 1
Combine the condensed milk and chocolate chips in a microwavable bowl. Melt it together for 3-4 minutes stopping every minute and a half or so to stir. DO NOT OVER COOK! It should be nice and smooth when you've cooked it long enough.

Step 2
Stir in your vanilla extract.

Step 3
Pour the mixture into a container so that it will stand about an inch or so thick. I use a little glad container myself. 

Step 4
Pop it in the fridge overnight.

Step 5
The next day just take it out, slice it into squares and eat up! Remember that it will taste better if you let it sit at room temp after cutting. Fudge is best when it's not too cold.
