Delicious and Healthy Feta Stuffed Chicken

This is a delicious and healthy meal. My whole family loved it even my super picky girls.

What you'll need
1lb of chicken breast
6oz package of feta cheese
8oz package of cream cheese (you can use fat free if you'd like)
Spices- you can use what you like. I used a mixture of salt, garlic, pepper, cilantro, and parsley
Toothpicks

Step 1: Mix together your cream cheese, feta and spices in a bowl and set aside.

Step 2: Heat up your skillet with a little oil- I used olive oil.

Step 3: You need to slice open your chicken breast. You can do this two ways: You can slice the breast in half and slice a pocket in each half (kinda like a pita pocket) or you can slice a pocket in it long ways without cutting it in half.

Step 4: Stuff your mixture into the pockets you've made and then use tooth picks to pic the chicken breast back together.

Step 5: Place the chicken in the skillet and cook for about 10 minutes on each side. I cover mine intermittently because it makes it juicier. Also remove the tooth picks as you can.

You'll know the chicken is done when the juices run clear. Now pick a few sides and enjoy!
